Yan Wo Trading Company Limited (known as Yan Wo) was founded in Hong Kong in 1997. We are one of the major flour wholesalers in Hong Kong. Our main business line is our own brand of sales. We have different brand and quality class. For bread flour, there is Twin Cranes, Gold Crane and Gold Deer. They are in high, medium and relatively low class respectively. Our Snow Crane is high quality cake flour. Silver Crane is other cake flour which is in medium quality. Yellow Crane, White Crane and Red Crane are the examples of high, medium and low quality noodle flour. Apart from flour, there are high quality ‘Lixue’ potato starch and the excellent ‘Gold Hill’ corn starch, etc.
